Đồng thời, trình bày bối cảnh mới của quá trình CNH, HĐH ở Việt Nam, từ đó chỉ rõ một số vấn đề đặt ra đối với quá trình CNH, HĐH ở Việt Nam thời gian tới, như: nhận thức, quan điểm; đổi mới nội dung CNH; phát triển khoa học - công nghệ, giáo dục - đào tạo, nâng cao năng lực đổi mới sáng tạo, chất lượng nguồn nhân lực...
The article analyzes the current state of the industrialization and modernization process in Vietnam in the period 2016-2020. At the same time, presenting the new context of the process of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam, thereby pointing out some of the issues raised for the process of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam in the coming time, including: awareness and perspective on industrialization and modernization; innovating the content of industrialization; developing science and technology, and education and training; improving innovation capacity and quality of human resources, etc.
