Có thể nói sự ra đời của tài nguyên giáo dục mở đã mang lại rất nhiều những đóng góp cho sự phát triển giáo dục nói chung và giáo dục suốt đời nói riêng. Tại Việt Nam, các tài nguyên này cũng đã được triển khai từ năm 2005, tuy nhiên cho đến nay vẫn chưa đạt được những thành công như kỳ vọng ban đầu. Bài viết này đưa ra với mong muốn chia sẻ một số khái niệm cơ bản, các kinh nghiệm triển khai tài nguyên giáo dục mở tại các nước trên thế giới và một số kiến nghị, đề xuất cho mô hình triển khai tại Việt Nam trong thời gian tới.

It can be said that the introduction of open educational resources has contributed much to the development of education in general and lifelong education in particular. In Vietnam, these resources have been deployed since 2005, but so far have not achieved the success as expected. This article aims to share some basic concepts, experiences in deploying open educational resources in countries around the world and some recommendations on the deployment model in Vietnam in the coming time.
