The biological charateritics of Hypoaspis sp. an important predatory mite rearing on the bulb mite Rhizoglyphus echinopus were studied under laboratory conditions 300e and ralative humidity 80 percent in Plan Quarantine Dianogstic Center (Dong Da, Ha Noi). The results showed that life cycle of Hypoaspis sp. was 9.37 +/- 0.47 days. The number of eggs produced per female 85.87 +/- 3.31 and the haching ratio of Hypoaspis sp. eggs was average 93.84 percent. The intrinsic rate of natural increase of Hypoaspis sp. was 0.176 and the natural limit increase L = 1.192 with a mean generation time (T) of 13.26 days. The net productive rate (R) of the population was 10.29. The population doubling time (DT) was 3.42 days.
