In the last years, the management of the State Budget in Song Cong town has achieved certain results. However, there are still many problems such as inadequate and insufficient revenues, income restrictions, indebtedness, tax losses... The budget expenditures are ineffective, failing to get a role in regulating, promoting economic restructuring and ensure stable and sustainable economic growth. Implementing budget management well will promote the potential strengths and exploit the resources in the town effectively, enlist capital for business expansion, create conditions for business units to contribute significantly to the budget. Besides, budget management will help the town invest in inftastructure, promote new rural construction, implement industrialization and modernization. In order to strengthen State budget management efficiently, it is necessary to integrated implementation of macro and micro solutions, under the leadership, direction and coordination of all levels of government, social and political organizations in Song Cong town.
