Các hợp chất phenolic phân lập từ quả Sơn thù du (Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc.)

Sáu hợp chất phenolic đã được phân lập từ cao ethyl acetat của quả Sơn thù du bao gồm Acid gallic (1), dimethyl malat (2), acid 1,4-dimethyl ester 2-(2-formyl-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)butanedioic (3), stageobester A (4), coroffester (5) và methyl caffeat (6). Cấu trúc của các hợp chất được xác định bằng các phương pháp phổ MS, NMR và kết hợp so sánh với tài liệu tham khảo. Đây là lần đầu tiên các hợp chất 3-5 được phân lập từ loài này.
