Vietnamese literature of the early twentieth century gradually entered the orbit of modern literature. Since the 1920s, with the appearance of many writers who became aware of new forms of education, literature, and particularly short stories, showed signs of the new trend. In terms of narrative tone, the authors can see this modernization trend in many stories of this period.
