Objectives: (1) Study some changes of clinical features and laboratory tests in the patients with multiple myeloma treated by MPT protocol. Patients and method: 31 patients diagnosed multiple myeloma and taken MPT protocol. Results: rate of anemia reduced from 90 percent to 60 percent, rate of bone pain reduced from 80 percent to 63 percent, Hb increased from 81.39 g/l to 112.32 g/l, all of globulin, paraprotein reduced (from 62.88g/l to 41.22 g/l, 5821mg/dl to 2147mg/dl, from 5023 mg/dl to 334 mg/dl), rate of malignant plasmocyte in bone marow reduced from 34.35 percent to 4.7 percent, rate of having 3 bone lesions reduced from 58 percent to 10 percent. Conclusions: MPT protocol had good outcome for the patients with multipe myeloma: reduced anemia and bone pain, increased Hb, reduced globulin, paraprotein, rate of malignant plasmocyte in bone marow and bone lessions.
