Công ty cổ phần thuộc Tập đoàn Công nghiệp Than - Khoáng sản Việt Nam (TKV). Hoạt động khai thác than của Công ty đã và đang tạo ra phương pháp khảo sát thực địa, đo đạc hiện trường và phân tích trong phòng thí nghiệm cho thấy, chất lượng môi trường tạ' cho phép, chỉ có một nước suối Lộ Phong .

Tuy nhiên nước thải đều được thu gom, đưa về các trạm xử lý nước thải tập trung trước khi xả thải ra nguồn tiếp thấp nhất các tác động của hoạt động khai thác đến môi trường, Công ty đã thực hiện các giải pháp kỹ thuật, công nghệ xử lý mõi trường tương đối hiệu quả, đồng bộ, đáp ứng các yêu cầu và tiêu chuẩn về bảo vệ môi trường. rừ đó đã đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm duy trì và nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý môi trường, xây dựng mỏ than Hà Tu xanh - hiện đại và hướng tới phát triển bền vững.
 

Ha Tu Coal Joint stock Company is one of the big coal mine companies in Vietnam Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited. Mining activities have been creating waste sources that have impacted the environment and need to control. By field survey method, measurement, and analysis, the research result shows that the environmental quality in Ha Tu coal mine is quite excellent, the monitoring indicators are within the allowed standards, only a few parameters are over the standard but low level such as the suspended dust, noisy and the water of Lo Phong spring. The wastewater at mining sites has been polluted by TSS, Fe Mn, Cu. However, wastewater is collected and treated in the centralized wastewater treatment stations before discharging to the receiving source, and the impact on the environment is low. To control and minimize the existing impacts of mining activities on the environment, the Ha Tu coal mine has implemented some efficient solutions for environmental treatment technologies that meet the requirements and standards of environmental. Since then, the study has proposed solutions to maintain, improve the efficiency of environmental management, build a green-modern Ha Tu coal mining towards sustainable development.
