Comprehensive evaluation of high school students consists of attitudes, physical health and capacity. Student personality can be assessed according to six criteria including the development of political thought, social attitude, characteristics of intellect, emotion and will, attitudes towards learning and working, family relations and depiction of students' physical health. Based on these six criteria to research, design and draft the tools using multiple question trends to evaluate personality of Vietnamese high school students in the current period.
