Vietnam's items of agro-products are in need of processing to diversify them and raise their quality, but our country has not met the need. The cause is that equipment are not only deficient but also out of date, there is not processing industry in rural sector. To overcome the difficulties, government should provide agro-product processing entreprises with new equipments and technologies, encourage private companies to take part in this business with suitable policies
