ATK Dinh Hoa is not only home of many historical sites but also a place rich in cultural, ethnic traditions and beautiful landscapes. However, during the tour operators have not linked the exploitation and conservation of monuments to exploit ethnic cultural identity of the region. Therefore, this paper introduced a landscape planning model based on the combination of the local architecture and services for tourism development. For development the values of local architecture the authors proposed to plan ruins in clusters and a closed circle road to connect clusters ruins and local villages. In addition, the authors encourage the development of tourist services in the living space of indigenous.
