Luật Tố tụng hình sự nước ta hiện nay chỉ quy định xét xử trực tiếp, chưa quy định xét xử trực tuyến. Đại dịch toàn cầu Covid-19 đã làm ngưng trệ mọi hoạt động, trong đó có hoạt động xét xử của Tòa án. Để khắc phục tình trạng này, đòi hỏi ngành Tòa án phải áp dụng phương thức xét xử mới - xét xử trực tuyến. Trong phạm vi bài viết này, các tác giả phân tích cơ sở và giải pháp đồng hành giữa cơ quan lập pháp, hành pháp và tư pháp để sớm hiện thực hóa phương thức xét xử mới - xét xử trực tuyến.

The current criminal procedure law in our country only provides for direct trial, not for remote hearing. The global pandemic of Covid-19 has halted all activities, including adjudication activities of the courts. In order to fulfill the requirements ofthe Party, State and People “timely trial” requires the court sector to apply a new method of adjudication - remote hearing. Within the scope of this article, the authors provide an analysis of the ground and solutions to accompany the legislative, executive and judicial agencies to soon realize the new adjudication method - remote hearing.
