The study was performed in 42 patients with alcoholic liver disease and led to the result: - The median age is 48,19 +/- 8,59. The highest is 68 and the lowest is 32. - The most common symptom was 100 percent tired;59,2 percent in$omnia with BECK score was 16,88 +/- 8,31; 83,3 percent intestinal disorder. - Ultrasound imaging: steatosis 7,14 percent; hepatitis 59,52 percent; cirrhosis 33,34 percent. - GGT level: 80,05 percent patients had the GGT level of 75-1000 U/l; 19,5 percent had GGT level 1000 U/l. - BECK score of 14; 14-19; 20-29; 30 was 40,48 percent; 30,95 percent; 16,67 percent and 11,9 percent respectively. - There is a positive correlation between GGT level and the depression status in the patients with alcoholic liver disease with r = 0,26.
