Background: The cognitive disorder symptoms are quite common in Parkinson's patients, affecting diagnosis, treatment and quality of life of patients. Objective: To reviewthe symptoms cognitive disorders and relationship with disease duration, stage and severity in patients with Parkinson's. Subjects and Methods: 30 Parkinson's patients (23 males, 7 females) with average age of disease was 71.77 + or - 7.57 was clinical examed and psychological test. Results: rate of the patient with cognitive impairment is 53.33 percent, including mild cognitive impairment is 10 percent; moderation is 43.33 percent, 40.00 percent memory decrease. Patients are 6-10 years duration, stage 4 and severe disorder movement are 100 percent cognitive impairment. Conclusion: Cognitive impaired is quite common in Parkinson's disease. The symptoms Increased with disease stage, severity and duration.
