The application of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) process will enable teachers to improve the quality of teaching and training activities more effectively. The PDCA is expected to provide a comprehensive and continuous view for teachers to define their goals, plans, implementation, and teaching and training outcomes assessment. According to the PDCA process, the article examines the activities to improve teaching and training quality, such as preparation, implementation, learning outcomes evaluation, and adjustment and improvement. The study surveyed the current situation of applying the PDCA to improve the quality of teaching and training at technical and pedagogical universities and proposed solutions to improve this activity, including enhancing training activities, developing practical assessment tools, and promoting assessment and feedback. The article concludes that the application of PDCA in teaching and training activities will benefit teachers and technical and pedagogical universities. The application of PDCA enables teachers to improve the quality of teaching and training and helps universities enhance their competitiveness as well as increase students’ and parents’ satisfaction.
