Thrombosis complication of Polycythemia vera and essential thrombocythemia relates to fibrinolysis process and natural coagulation inhibitors. Objectives: (1) study on changing fibrinolysis and natural coagulation inhibitors examination features in polycythemia vera and essential thrombocythemia patients with thrombosis complication. Subjects and Methods: including 52 patients diagnosed polycythemia vera and essential thrombocythemia according to WHO 2008). Results: D-dimer and PAI level increase in patients with thrombosis. AT III , PC and PS concentration decrease in patients with thrombosis. Conclusions: change fibrinolysis and natural coagulation inhibitors in patients with thrombosis.
