Celery (Apium graveolens), nutrient solution, static hydroponics, dynamic hydroponics.

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá ảnh hưởng của 2 hình thức thủy canh tĩnh và thủy canh động cùng 2 dung dịch dinh dưỡng là BK-fast và Hydro Umat đến khả năng sinh trưởng và chất lượng của cây cần tây. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, cần tây giống Thera trồng trong hệ thống thủy canh động sinh trưởng tốt hơn so với trồng thủy canh tĩnh ở cả hai dung dịch nghiên cứu, với chiều cao cây là 35,02 - 37,3 cm, cây có trung bình từ 8,79 - 9,02 lá và khối lượng tươi là 32,14 - 39,92 g. Liên quan đến các chỉ tiêu chất lượng, hình thức thủy canh động làm tăng hàm lượng đường khử, hàm lượng axit hữu cơ tổng số và nitrat trong khi làm giảm hàm lượng các nguyên tố khoáng kali, sắt và magie ở cây cần tây. Với hai dung dịch nghiên cứu, dung dịch Hydro Umat giúp cây sinh trưởng tốt hơn và làm tăng tích lũy nitrat so với dung dịch BK-fast. Tuy nhiên, kết quả về các chỉ tiêu: số lá/cây, hàm lượng đường khử, hàm lượng vitamin C và axit hữu cơ tổng số không có sự sai khác về mặt thống kê giữa các cây cần tây được nuôi dưỡng bằng 2 loại dung dịch này.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of two forms of static hydroponics and dynamic hydroponics along with two nutrient solutions, BK-fast and Hydro Umat, on the growth and quality of celery plants. The results showed that "Thera" variety celery grown in the dynamic hydroponic system grew better than the static hydroponic growing in both studied solutions, with the plant height reaching 35.02 - 37.3 cm, 8.79 - 9.02 of leaves/plant, the fresh weight of 32.14 - 39.92 g. Regarding the quality parameters, the dynamic hydroponic form increased the content of reducing sugars, total organic acids and nitrate while reducing the content of the mineral elements including potassium, iron and magnesium that accumulated in the celery plant. For two nutrient solutions, Hydro Umat solution helped plants grow better and increased nitrate accumulation compared to BK-fast solution. However, the results on parameters containing of number of leaves/plant, reducing sugar content, the content of vitamin C and total organic acid were not statistical difference between celery plants nourished by these two solutions.
