Objective: To investigate the structure and related factors of patients with dennato-venereology at Kiengiang hospital from 2011-2013. Materials and methods: 479 patients with dennato-venereology. Resuffs: patients with allergy 22.76 percent, zona 18.37 percent, psoriasis 11.09 percent, HIV 1.26 percent. Patients of 2011: 238 patients, 2012: 160 patients, 2013: 81 patients. Patients of Rach Gia city: 43 percent, Chauthanh district: 12.3 percent and Phuquoc district: 0.84 percent. Conclusion: In the three years (2011-2013) at department of dennato-venereology- Kiengiang hospital received 479 patients with dennato-venereologic diseases, patients with allergy 22.76 percent, zona 18.3 percent, psoriaisis 11.09 percent; patients of Rach Gia city (43 percent), Chauthanh district (12.3 percent) and patients reduced in accordance with year.
