Objectives: Study on CT scanner features of franto-ethmoidal mucocele. Patients and methods: 40 patients with fronto-ethmoidal mucocele were treated in ENT hospital fram 1/2006 to 9/2010. This was a retrospective descriptive study. Results: frontal mucocele was 62.5 percent, ethmoidal mucocele was 37.5 percent. The fronto-ethmoidal was the type the most frequent. The ethmoidal mucocele had extension to orbit and nasal fosse in 93.3 percent. The lesions of frontal recess were at agger nasi cells in 100 percent of cases. Condusions: The symptoms on CT scanner of franta-ethmoidal mucocele were important for diagnosis and operation.
