Research on the composition of insect predators and parasites of soft brown s~les Coccus hesperidum L. on arabian coffee trees was conducted in 2008 at Hua La commune, Son La city, Son La province. The result has showed that there were nine species of insect predators and 1 parasitic wasp of the scale insects. Among them, 6 natural enemy species appeared relatively common in the field: Brown earwig (Nesogaster sp.), black earwig (Eparchus sp.), red ladybug (Micrapis discolor Fabr.), yellow caterpllar (Eublemma amabilis Moore), brown caterpllar (Pyralidae being identified) and parasitic wasp (Microterys sp.).
