Through researches 143 commune health staffs on the operation of traditional medicine at commune health stations in Ha Tinh Province, Thua Thien Hue Province and Binh Dinh Province the authors have noticed that: Human resources for traditional medicine in primary care has lacked in quantity, has not ensured qualification. Number of staff with deep expertise in traditional medicine is so limited. Not have the payroll for staff working in traditional medicine in health stations. At the communal health stations still have little understanding of the development of traditional policies and legal documents relating, on the other hand have little access to update these reviews new as well as the professional training of traditional. Knowledge of Acupuncturists of commune health workers is inadequate. Number The traditional private practice mainly operate alone, the combination of traditional medicine with modem medicine proportion low.
