Based on the investigating and researching the cause of diving accidents, disease model and diving accidentst of Khanh Hoa's fishennen, conducting intervention studies on 200 fishennen Khanh Hoa. Before intervention: The knowledge and practice of fishennen for safe diving and first aid accidents at sea have very low rate: training on safe diving (1.8 percent); first aid accidents at sea 33 percent. - Carry out the intervention: safe diving training for fishennen: 2 times and assessing knowledge about safe diving and first aid accidents at sea practices: 2 times. After intervention: safety knowledge and practice of emergency diving accident and first aid accidents at sea of fishermen increases: training on safe diving 98.5 percent; know the guidelines for diving 98,5 percent; under the guidelines for diving 98 percent; emergency diving accident when the victim is still conscious (98 percent); emergency diving accident victim unconscious (95 percent, scuba); use safe oxygen tank (93 percent); first aid accidents at sea 96 percent. Compare the results before and after intervention, the practical knowledge of fishermen increased significantly (p 0.005). The authors have proposed the intervention model to reduce diving accidents of Khanh Hoa's fishermen: The model based on documents and directives of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture Rural Development and Khanh Hoa People's Committees to agencies: safety management diving jobs in Vietnam.
