In this paper, the application of LaFeO3 to modify the glass carbon electrode (GCE) was studied in determining dopamine in blood. It can be seen that LaFeO3/GCE exhibits excellent electrocatalytic activity with diverse oxidation current increase compared with bare GCE. This sensor has a detection limit of 10 nM and two linear modes from 10 µM to 100 µM and 120 µM to 180 µM were inferred. Besides, ascorbic acid, uric acid and other confounding agents do not affect the electrode's effectiveness in determining dopamine
