Purpose: Determine the outcomes treatement of unstable fractures of the pelvic ring by fixation external for treatement shock, the union and rehabilitation. Methods: In this prospective study, the authors evalue the results among 4 level: excillence, good, fair and bad. Results: with 17.7 months follow -up, 100 percent of the union of the pelvic. Excillence 71.42 percent, good 17.85 percent and fair 10.73 percent. Conclusion: The results was rather well: immidiate after fixation, the patients can sit early, excercise gently. Therefore, they can avoid the complications of lying for long time. Especially, it was very convenient for taking care and treating patients who also had combine lesion.
