The article focused on evaluating the effect of social life and environment to long-term agricultural land in Phuc Yen town, Vinh Phuc province in the period of 2008-2011. Research results can be summarized as follows: Firstly, the income in the planting land for perennial trees pontributed to the household expenses such as costs of living, health, education and social activities... Secondly, the biodiversity of perennial crops on the land was low. Thirdly, the percentage of covered plants was low, especially' in poor families. Therefore, in order to improve the effect of society and environment in long-term agricultural land in Phuc Yen town - Vinh Phuc province, it is necessary to implement individual solutions for each region in the east and west of town.
