The paper shows results of hydrodynamics process in the Binh Dinh sea area bynumerical method base on using and development ROMS model for shallow sea water. Dynamical regime of the study area examined to mainly similar during the time of northeastern wind season (from october to december of the year before - from January to march next year). The calculation results expressed by vector distribution diagram of current and statistic analysis of the point position 14°15' N- 109°30' E (to serve investigation, exploitage oil): - Occurrence a strong stream of water nmning along the coast from north to south with maximum velocity of about 80-90 cm/s. Accompany with the above mentioned stream are anti-clockwise eddies at different water layers. - About frequence of the current in study point, the results showed that current existence every direction (8 directions, exception 1 - 2 months of the some layers), however speed and level play proportion for frequence of every direction of every layer is different.
