Hiện nay, quá trình thu gom, vận chuyển xác lợn bị dịch bệnh tại Việt Nam thường được tiến hành thủ công nên mất nhiều công sức mà hiệu quả không cao. Bài báo này giới thiệu kết quả nghiên cứu thiết kế và chế tạo xe chuyên dùng thu gom xác lợn bị dịch bệnh. Xe đã được tính toán thiết kế, xây dựng mô hình, kiểm nghiệm bằng phần mềm trước khi đưa vào chế tạo, lắp ráp. Sau khi lắp ráp và hoàn thiện, xe thu gom đã được khảo nghiệm không tải và có tải để đánh giá khả năng kéo xác lợn lên xe và khả năng di chuyển trên đường đối với 03 mẫu xác lợn có khối lượng là 95,7 kg, 119,2 kg và 185,8 kg. Kết quả cho thấy xe thu gom và vận chuyển tốt với các loại lợn có trọng lượng phổ biến trong chăn nuôi tại các trang trại hiện nay. Do đó sản phẩm của nghiên cứu này có thể được sử dụng để thay thế việc thu gom và di chuyển thủ công xác lợn bị dịch bệnh từ chuồng trại ra nơi xử lý.

Currently, the process of collecting and transporting diseased pig carcasses in Vietnam is usually done manually, so it takes a lot of effort but the efficiency is not high. This paper introduces the results of research, design and manufacture of a specialized vehicle for collecting infected pig carcasses. This vehicle was calculated, designed, modeled and analyzed by software before being put into manufacture and assembly. After the vehicle was fully assembled, it was tested by unloaded and loaded to evaluate the ability to pull the pig carcass on the vehicle and the ability to move on the road for 03 samples of pig carcass with the weight of 95,7 kg, 119,2 kg and 185,8 kg. The results showed that the vehicle collects and transports well with the common weight pigs in livestock on the farms today. Therefore, the product of this study can be used to replace the manual collection and movement of infected pig carcasses from the pigsty to the disposal place.
