The paper described hepatic artery proper anatomy on multislices computed tomography 64 (MSCT64) of hepatic artery of 110 patients in Department of Diagnostic Imaging of Huu Nghi Ha Noi Hospital. After studying the obtained results on origin, the quantity, length, diameter and branchs division... as well as variation of hepatic artery proper have been clarified. The application of these results in liver surgery has been specifically discussed.
