Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng của bệnh nhân huyết khối tĩnh mạch não. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả tiến cứu được thực hiện trên 38 bệnh nhân huyết khối tĩnh mạch não điều trị tại Trung tâm Thần kinh, Bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ tháng 3 năm 2020 đến tháng 6 năm 2021. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình của nhóm nghiên cứu là 42,4 ± 14,8. Tỷ lệ nam/nữ 1,2. Thời gian khởi phát: cấp tính 6 bệnh nhân (15,8%), bán cấp 31 bệnh nhân (81,6%), mạn tính 1 bệnh nhân (2,6%). Triệu chứng nhức đầu thường gặp nhất (94,7%), kết hợp với liệt nửa người (34,2%) và co giật (28,9%), rối loạn ý thức (15,8%). Bệnh cảnh lâm sàng đa dạng, trong đó bệnh cảnh thường gặp nhất là nhức đầu phối hợp nôn – buồn nôn chiếm 68,4%; bệnh cảnh nhức đầu kết hợp liệt nửa người, co giật, rối loạn ý thức gặp lần lượt với tỷ lệ 39,5%; 31,6% và 28,9%. Chúng tôi thấy có 60,5% không liệt vận động; 39,5% số bệnh nhân có liệt vận động, trong đó gặp nhiều nhất là cơ lực độ 3 và độ 4 chiếm tỷ lệ như nhau 10,5%. Kết luận: Triệu chứng lâm sàng của bệnh rất đa dạng và không đặc hiệu, nhức đầu chiếm tỷ lệ nhiều nhất 94,7%, liệt nửa người 34,2%, co giật 28,9% và rối loạn ý thức 15,8%. Bệnh cảnh lâm sàng đa dạng, trong đó bệnh cảnh thường gặp nhất là nhức đầu phối hợp nôn – buồn nôn chiếm 68,4%; bệnh cảnh nhức đầu kết hợp liệt nửa người, co giật, rối loạn ý thức gặp lần lượt với tỷ lệ 39,5%; 31,6% và 28,9%.

To describe clinical features of cerebral venous thrombosis. Subjects and methods: A prospective, descriptive study of 38 patients with cerebral venous thrombosistreated at the Department of Neurology, Bach Mai Hospital from March 2020 to June 2021. Results: The mean age was 42.4 ± 14.8, the male/female ratio was 1.2:1. The acute onset was seen in 6 patients (15.8%), subacute in 31 (81.6%) and chronic in 1 (2.6%). The main symptom was headache (94.7%), hemiparesis (34.2%) and seizure (28.9%), disorder of consciousness (15.8%). The clinical scenario is various, in which the most common manifestation is headache with vomiting - nausea accounting for 68.4%; headache associated with hemiplegia, convulsions, and disturbances of consciousness, respectively, 39.5%; 31.6% and 28.9%. We found 60.5% without motor paralysis; 39.5% of the patients had motor paralysis, in which the most common was grade 3 and grade 4, accounting for 10.5%. Conclusions: Clinical symptoms was varied and non-specific, the main symptom was headache (94.7%), hemiparesis (34.2%) and seizure (28.9%), disorder of consciousness (15.8%). The most common manifestation was headache combined with vomiting - nausea accounting for 68.4%; headache associated with hemiplegia, convulsions, and disturbances of consciousness, respectively, with the rate of 39.5%; 31.6% and 28.9%.
