Being hostile to the jurisprudence for a long time, henceforth the doctrine can no more go without jurisprudence - a genuine reflection of the reality. Therefore, for a long time the jurisprudence abandoned the mere study of the Napoleon Code for the study of the civil law. Facing to a big number of court s decisions, the doctrine shall develop to capture the content of these decisions and fulfill its mission: comment, criticize, transmit the established jurisprudence, and therefore, participate to the elaboration of the jurisprudence.
