This study aimed at evaluating the efficacy of Navet-Vifluvac vaccine when challenge test with High Pathogen Avian Influenza Virus (HPAIV) of the high virulence strains: clade 1.1 and 2.3.2.1 c. The studied results showed that the immune chickens with Navet-Vifluvac vaccine were protected when challenge test with high virulence strains: clade 1.1 and clade 2.3.2.1 c after 3 weeks of vaccination. The relationship between titration (HI) and protection threshold was also identified in this study. Analysis of experimental results indicated that the chicken having titre HI or = 4log2 were protected at 100 percent when challenge test with strains: clade 1.1 and 2.3.2.1.c, even chicken having HI at lower level (2log2) were able to protect against these clades at 100 percent when challenge by direct contact way. From the checking result on HI titre of sera from chickens at 2 weeks old, it is suggested that inoculation of avian influenza vaccine for chickens at 2 weeks old can affect immune response in chicken.
