Describe the traditional medicine clinical characteristics of of patients with degenerative induced low-back pain at the medical station of Ward 1, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city. Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 60 patients aged 38 years and older with a confirmed diagnosis of degenerative induced low-back pain at the medical station of Ward 1, Tan Binh district from January 2022 to the end of August 2022. Results: The age of patients with low back pain due to spondylolisthesis was mainly over 60 years old (46,67%), more women than men (75% compared to 25%), most of them were and light manual workers (61,67%), the disease duration from ≥ 6 months accounts for the highest percentage (78,4%). The most common clinical symptoms of traditional medicine are low back pain (100%) and fear of cold (95%), and pain that increases with weather changes (83,3%), back and knee pain, tinnitus (75%). Conclusion: Patients with low back pain due to spondylolisthesis are usually female, over 60 years old, most of them are light manual workers, the disease duration is over 6 months. The most common clinical symptoms of traditional medicine are low back pain and pain that increases with with weather changes, fear of cold, back and knee pain, tinnitus.
