Research on the changes of some physiological and biochemical indicators in 60 patients with lumbar spondylosis. The patients were divided into two groups: the first group was used big-long needle acupucture combined with laser puncture; the second one was used acupuncture. The points UB23, UB25, paravetebral L1-L5, UB32, UB40 were used for both. The results show that: The percentage of patiens in the first group achieved very good results (70 percent) and good results (26.67 percent) higher than the second one; The substances causing nerve transmission (adrenalin, noradrenalin) and other substances involved in the pain (Beta-endorphin, cortisol) increased after treatment.
