Mô tả nhu cầu đào tạo về TCYT của HV SĐH tại Viện ĐT YHDP&YTCC, trường Đại học Y Hà Nội trong giai đoạn 2020-2022. Mô tả một số yếu tố liên quan đến nhu cầu đào tạo về TCYT của HV SĐH tại Viện ĐT YHDP&YTCC, trường Đại học Y Hà Nội trong giai đoạn 2020-2022. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 111 HV SĐH đang học tại trường Đại học Y Hà Nội giai đoạn 2020-2022. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ HV SĐH mong muốn được đào tạo về TCYT chiếm 77%. Chuyên ngành thạc sĩ Quản lý bệnh viện, thạc sĩ Y học dự phòng và thạc sĩ Y tế công cộng kiến thức TCYT cao gấp 3 lần (OR=3; 95%CI: 1,25-7,2) so với các chuyên ngành còn lại. Kết luận: Nhu cầu đào tạo về TCYT của HV SĐH tại Viện ĐT YHDP&YTCC khá nhiều. HV nhận định vai trò quan trọng của việc học kiến thức TCYT trong áp dụng vào công việc thực tế và các kỹ năng quản lý chi tiêu cá nhân hàng ngày. Chuyên ngành học của HV có liên quan đến nhu cầu đào tạo về TCYT của họ.

Describe the training needs in health financing among postgraduates at the School of Preventive medicine and Public Health, Hanoi Medical University during the period of 2020-2022. Describe some factors related to the training needs in health financing among postgraduates at the School of Preventive medicine and Public Health, Hanoi Medical University during the period of 2020-2022. Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out on 111 undergraduates studying at Hanoi Medical University in the period of 2020-2022.Results: The percentage of postgraduates who want to be trained in health financing accounts for 77%. Master's degree in Hospital Management, Master's in Preventive Medicine and Master's in Public Health, knowledge of health care is 3 times higher (OR=3; 95%CI: 1.25-7.2) compared to other majors. Conclusion: The need for training in health financing among postgraduates at the School of Preventive medicine and Public Health is quite high. Students emphasize the important role of learning health care knowledge in applying to their practical work and daily personal spending management skills. Students' majors are related to their training needs.
