Nghiên cứu này phân tích các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển du lịch homestay của điểm đến huyện Thạnh Phú tỉnh Bến Tre. Bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu tài liệu, nghiên cứu thực địa, khảo sát thực tế và phỏng vấn 151 du khách, kết hợp sử dụng phần mềm SPSS để xử lí, kết quả khảo sát cho thấy các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển du lịch homestay của điểm đến huyện Thạnh Phú tỉnh Bến Tre lần lượt là: (1) nhân tố nguồn nhân lực; (2) tài nguyên du lịch (tài nguyên du lịch tự nhiên và tài nguyên du lịch nhân văn); (3) yếu tố cơ sở vật chất hạ tầng kĩ thuật và dịch vụ hỗ trợ; và (4) giá cả. Cùng với sự quan tâm đầu tư cơ sở hạ tầng, cơ sở vật chất kĩ thuật của tỉnh, nghiên cứu này góp phần phát triển du lịch homestay tại điểm đến Thạnh Phú để tương xứng với tiềm năng du lịch nơi đây về cảnh quan thiên nhiên và di tích lịch sử.

The study examines factors affecting the development of homestay in Thanh Phu District – Ben Tre Province. The research surveyed 151 visitors. The data were analyzed using the SPSS show that the factors affecting the development of homestay tourism in Thanh Phu District, Ben Tre Province are: (1) human resource; (2) tourism resources (natural tourism resources and humanistic tourism resources); (3) technical infrastructure and support service; (4) price. The results contribute to possible measures to develop homestay tourism in line with Thanh Phu natural landscapes and interesting historical sites along with the investment in infrastructure - technical infrastructure of the province.
