Objectives: to study clinical, paraclinical and evaluate the surgery results of sinonasal papillomas. Patients and methods: 20 patients diagnosed with sinonasal papillomas. the authors conducted a descripitve prospective study. Results: middle age as 41- 60 (80 percent), The ratio of male have more than female. Main symptoms in unilateral nasal: nasal obstruction (80 percent), nasal discharge (60 percent), headache (60 percent) Endoscopic: 95 percent papillomas unilateral, the typical lesion: 85 percent. Site of origin: middle meatus: 50 percent, middle turbinate: 25 percent, maxillary sinus: 25 percent. T1: 30 percent, T2: 45 percent, T3: 25 percent based on the Krouse' classification. Endoscopic sinus surgery applied to all cases. Most of cases the cavity was clean and good mucosal recovery. Recurrence rate after 2 years was 5 percent. Conclusion. Sinonasal papillomas manifest on one side of nose. Endoscopy and CT scan helps diagnosis and proposed surgical method. Endoscopic sinus surgery is minimally invasive, fewer complications and good results.
