The method of controlling and prevention of Ceratovacuna lanigera has to base on the general management viewpoint with the orientation which solves the harmonious relationship among aphides, natural insect killers and outside conditions in the each period of growth of sugercane. It is necessary to pay attention to maintainance and encouragement of natural insect killers, to implement suitable cultivated methods as well for the plant to grow well, not sensitive to aphides. In addition, it is essential to change the climate in the sugercane group which is not good for producing, growth processes of the number of Ceratovacuna lanigera in each sugercane group. Intensive cultivation of high-productive sugercane is also a good condition to decline the biodiversity in agricultural biology system, especially to limit very important role of natural insect killers group in controlling the number of Ceratovacuna lanigera. In high density of aphides case, other management methods are not enough to kill Ceratovacuna lanigera, the authors have to use pesticides, but it must be suitable for practical condition of farmers, less effect to enviroment and brings high economic effectiveness.
