Bac Kan is a mountainous province located in the Northeast of Vietnam, the socio-economic conditions difficult, so research and evaluation landscape in Bac Kan province to serve the practical purpose will contribute creat new steps for the development of province. To do this, the author first need to study in depth and clarify the characteristics and roles of the components that make up the landscape of Bac Kan province. In particular, special attention to climate factors, because this is a very sensitive factor, be impacted and opposite impact on other factors in the landscape is very powerful, creating diversity and change of landscape. So, study the characteristics and the role of climate in landscape Bac Kan province will bring great significance both in theory and practice.
