Trade secrets are very important for each enterprise and decide their successes in business activities. However, such business secrets are also at risk of being revealed, especially in case employees who know these secrets work for the competitors. In order to prevent the risks, many companies specify types of information that are recognized as trade secrets, decide how to protect them and bind employees' confidentiality obligations. This article will analyze the provisions of the law on the obligations of trade secrets' protection in the labor relationship and propose a number of suggestions in order to effectively implement these obligations in practice.
