With the ratio and the desire to receive social services in general and social work services in particular is increasing in society, so the implementation of professional social work service provision activities is increasingly a requirement. urgent. In order to do this, it is necessary to have highquality professional human resources in the field of social work. The article has made a general assessment of social work human resources, criteria of professional competence, qualifications as well as job duties of social work staff. The results show that although human resources have and are making efforts to carry out social work service provision activities, however, with tasks requiring deep expertise in the field of social work, the staff still faces difficulties. In addition, factors such as age, gender, qualifications and professional capacity are also somewhat limiting the effectiveness of social work human resources.
