Getting feedback idea trom students has been done many universities, including the University of Pedagogy. Results of getting feedback trom learners create communication channels to help teachers adjust teaching, enhance the sense of responsibility of myself in implementing the training objectives of the school; contribute to strengthening the sense of responsibility of the student to the rights and obligations of learning, training of itself; create conditions for students to reflect the aspirations, political opinions expressed on teaching activities of the faculty, the proposed wishes, aspirations and requirements for schools as well as for each lecture members to better meet the learning needs. Article mentions another aspect: effecting of taking feedback trom students with self and fostering development of professional competency of teachers through research results on 317 teachers and 80 students of Thai Nguyen university of education and the pedagogical faculty of Hung Vuong university, Phu Tho. province.
