Gestational trophoblastic tumor is a malignant disease in obstetrics pathology. Accurate diagnosis and assessment of prognostic factors will help clinicians give appropriate treatment indications. Treatment with single MTX has brought good outcome (76 percent of the accurate indication cases). A number of remarkable factors are of significant value in prognosis of gestational trophoblastic including: patients without metastasis, total score of prognostic factors according to WHO 2006 below 7; latent period less than 7 months; betahCG levels below 10 exponent 4 lU/L.
