This study was conducted to evaluate the transfer of land use rights for effective implementation of land management in Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city. The study used the method of randomly surveying 65 households and interviewing managers related to the implementation of land use right transfer at the People's Committees of wards in Lien Chieu district. Land use right transfer to know the difficulties, obstacles and aspirations of the people in carrying out the procedures for the transfer of land use rights. The content of the survey focused on the implementation of the land use right transfer, the understanding, assessment and opinions of households when performing the land use right transfer. Research results show that, from 2018 to 2020, Lien Chieu district has received 29,586 applications and processed 29,558 applications for registration of land use right transfer. The number of applications for registration of land use right transfer fluctuated year by year. Through the investigation, it was found that the main factors affecting the transfer of land use rights: legal factors, human factors, macroeconomic factors and equipment factors. In addition, the study also proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of land use right transfer in the area.
