Collective labour disputes on benefits are an objective phenomenon in a market economy. Such disputes are a special type of disputes. This article analyses and sheds lights on the following issues: i) the concept of collective labour disputes on benefits; ii) the characters of such disputes; iii) the purpose of law application regarding the settlement of such disputes.
