The Communist Party stated in its documents of the Twelfth National Party Congress that one of the six key tasks in the twelfth tenure is to attract and mobilize resources and creativity of the people; care of their material and spiritual life, solve pressing problems; strengthen management of social development, ensure society security; ensure social security, improve social welfare, reduce poverty sustainably; promote mastership of the people, strength of great national unity. The article analyzes role of trade union in changing the state of society security in the country at present and to commends some solutions to promote role of Vietnam Trade Union in the coming time.
