With the rapid development of science and technology, people are equipped with a wider variety of ways to access information, among which, new media means on the internet and cell phones with high speed and strong interaction capabilities. In the course of this emerging communication crisis, the unceasing development of modem means of communication has brought about more opportunities to resolve crises quickly and effectively. However, the latest and traditional communication means have coexisted in the modem communication environment. Therefore, in order to resolve the communication crises in a quick and appropriate way, it is necessary to combine both the traditional and modem means of communication to create positive social effects.
