A survey on 152 second year students at Faculty of Arts, National University of Art Education showed that students felt most difficult if they didn't grasp the process of solving educational situations. Psychologically speaking, students' highest difficulty was in problem solving behaviour when facing education situations, followed by emotional difficulty.
