Quan điểm đó, triết lý đó lấy thực tiễn cuộc sống làm điểm xuất phát, lấy giải phóng và phát triển con người làm mục tiêu. Với Hồ Chí Minh, xây dựng chủ nghĩa xã hội không chỉ gắn liền với độc lập dân tộc, mà còn là con đường, phương thức để giữ vững độc lập dân tộc, thực hiện dân sinh và an sinh xã hội.

That point of view, that philosophy takes real life as a starting point and takes human liberation and development as a target. As for Hồ Chí Minh, building socialism not only has a tight link with national independence, but also is a path, a means to maintain that independence, improve welfare and social security.
