Đánh giá thay đổi khí máu động mạch và điện giải đồ trong mổ ở bệnh nhân phẫu thuật tán sỏi thận qua da

Nghiên cứu nhằm mục tiêu đánh giá sự thay đổi khí máu động mạch và điện giải đồ trong mổ ở bệnh nhân phẫu thuật tán sỏi thận qua da. 90 bệnh nhân phẫu thuật tán sỏi thận qua da theo chương trình được đánh giá phân tích khí máu động mạch và điện giải đồ trước mổ và sau mổ tại Trung tâm Gây mê & Hồi sức ngoại khoa – Bệnh viện Việt Đức từ tháng 3 đến tháng 6 năm 2020. Nồng độ Na giảm (139,96 ± 1,94 vs 134,03 ± 1,91), Clo tăng (102,61 ± 2,62 vs 106,76 ± 2,95) cũng như chỉ số HCO3 giảm (23,50 ± 4,01 vs 19,77 ± 6,30); BE giảm (-0,09 ± 1,22 vs -1,66 ± 1,29) ở thời điểm sau mổ có ý nghĩa thống kê (p < 0,05) so với thời điểm trước mổ đặc biệt ở nhóm phẫu thuật kéo dài > 2 giờ. Chỉ số lactat sau mổ cũng cao hơn có ý ngĩa thống kê so với trước mổ (1,25 ± 0,79 vs 1,65 ± 0,41; p < 0,05). Nghiên cứu của chúng tôi cho thấy có sự thay đổi có ý nghĩa về 1 số chỉ số trong điện giải đồ và khí máu động mạch sau phẫu thuật tán sỏi thận qua da.
