The composition and abundance of lan'ae is decreased in recent years due to the natural process and human impact. The aims of this study is to determined the effect on the diversity of larvae in Cua Dai seagrass beds (Quang Nam). Information was accumulated based on field sampled and an interview with the local authorities and local fisherman and reports statistics. Main effect on larvae are: over population, environment pollution, over fishing, lost of habitat. The solutions, strategies and policies for integrate management coastal zone need to be put forward.
